Last week the Fabral metal roofing was delivered on site and will be put up this week. All of the Marvin windows are set into place, and through much delicate planning the landscape plans have been approved!
The landscaping, like the house, will be very carefully designed and will feature a deck and pergola that faces the Chesapeake Bay (just imagine long mornings sipping coffee and reading). All will be shaded by sturdy Sunbrella fabric. The private courtyard on the south side of the house features a two-level deck system made up of Azek decking and Belgard pavers–plus an outdoor kitchen for entertaining and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.
A sneak preview on developments to come: we're planning a row of trees that will create an “aerial hedge." More details on that soon!
