Construction is nearly complete
Construction is winding down on the site. Stucco is almost complete and looks beautiful against the cedar shake roof. Our Belgard interlocking pavers were installed earlier this week in the outdoor living area. Belgard’s high-quality pavers are sure to stand any test of the hot summer elements. The lap pool has been plastered and is currently being filled. What a difference water makes! Doors and drawers are fitting nicely into the custom cabinetry, and rooms are being wallpapered. It’s hard to believe this house will be full of furniture next week, but we can hardly wait!

I was so disappointed when we were there last week and the tour home was not open. We stopped by on Monday, but said closed for Fourth of July weekend.
