Daniel Island Showhouse, March 2013

Construction is underway on our next Showhouse! The home — situated on a riverbank on Daniel Island near Charleston, South Carolina — will be completed in June. This month, the windows and doors from Marvin Windows and Doors were installed. Marvin’s windows are built to withstand harsh coastal climates and weather conditions, making them ideal for hurricane season in South Carolina. The home’s porches — a low country essential — are coming to life.

Construction of the home is managed by Jamison Howard of Max Crosby Construction. Architectural design is by Suzanne Stern of Our Town Plans. Landscape architecture is designed by Jeff Elliott of The Daniel Island Company. The home’s interiors will be designed by Ginger Brewton of Ginger Brewton Interiors.

Stay tuned to hear more from the all-star team and follow along as the home comes together!
