We’re delighted today to bring you a bar cart DIY project from Style Me Pretty’s founder and editor Abby Larson. With pretty pinks and glittery golds, this bar setup is perfect for a Valentine’s Day get-together with the girls.
“This small bar cart DIY is a mere $30 to start,” says Larson. “That’s peanuts compared to its store-bought counterparts and it’s is the perfect size for smaller spaces. Plus, it has that whole gold, glam feel to it. What’s not to love?”
See the whole project on Style Me Pretty, and check out these tips from Larson on setting up the perfect bar for your party.
Tip 1: For a fun party set-up, line up a collection of gorgeous cocktail glasses. And don’t forget festive drink accoutrements like gold straws, drink stirrers and coasters. This is the perfect spot to add a little personality to your display.
Tip 2: Be sure to stock the bar with basics so there is a little something for everyone. If liquor bottles don’t match the set-up, pour the contents into pretty decanters.
Tip 3: Another great addition to really gussy up your bar is with signage, or in this case, tassels! It lets guests know your cocktail corner is where the party’s at.
Which of these bar cart tips will you implement? Let us know in the comments!
