Raw & Juicy founder Jenifer Kuntz (read more about her here!) brings fresh, organic food and juice to beachgoers on Florida’s coastal Highway 30A. Today she’s taking over our Instagram feed to give us a glimpse into her super-healthy life by the sea. Follow along to see just what goes on behind the scenes in this Airstream juice bar

Luckily for those of us far from 30A at the moment, Jen shared a few of her favorite tasty blends for juices, plus a green smoothie recipe we’re dying to try. Find out how you can bring a little bit of this seaside staple to your life.

“Perfect for jumpstarting your day, the Green Morning Smoothie is energizing, alkalining and purifying. This smoothie is simple to make, features all fresh ingredients and can easily be modified to be sweeter, lighter or more mellow by changing up the ingredients. This is my current go-to for a delicious, fresh drink on the go. I love making it a little spicy by adding ginger to boost digestion and metabolism.” -Jenifer Kuntz, founder of Raw & Juicy and Raw + Juicy Life in Seaside, FL

Ingredients:

3 stalks of celery

1/3 organic lemon, including peel

Handful of parsley

1/3 cucumber

1/2 – 1-inch finger of ginger

2 cups of fresh coconut water or filtered water

1/2 banana

2 tbsp plant-based protein powder (Jen recommends Epic or SunWarrior)

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix until completely blended, enjoy immediately or save some for later!

Juices: Place all ingredients in a juicer, toast to good health, and sip happily by the sea.
