Because who doesn’t love a holiday that you toast with tacos and tequila?

We’ve rounded up three fiesta-ready coastal joints where you can chow down on killer tacos and indulge in a few knock-your-socks-off margaritas in celebration of Cinco de Mayo:

Taco Boy (Charleston, South Carolina, and Folly Beach, South Carolina)

To-die-for tempura shrimp tacos and a mouthwatering array of margs are worth a stop at this local favorite. Check out the downtown Charleston location for a Cinco de Mayo party with live music, sombreros, and a photo booth. At the Folly Beach location, just two blocks from the ocean, it’ll be business as usual on Cinco de Mayo – but hey, at the beach, “business as usual” is always a rollicking, flip-floppin’ good time.

Say cheers to Cinco de Mayo with a couple of fried pork belly tacos and tequila flights at this buzzy Mexican spot on the California coast.

Feeling saucy? Try the “Smoking Gun,” a house cocktail that features Xicaru Mezcal, St-Germain, tequila blanco, lime, and grapefruit.

And if you want to play bartender at home, Copita offers seasonal mixers to go…all you have to do is add the tequila. Party problems, solved!

Rocco's Tacos - Fish tacos

Fish tacos? Yes please!

This is a place that knows how to do Cinco de Mayo – there’s even a running countdown on the website.

Reasons to go: table-side guac, fish tacos prepared any way you like them, and oh yeah, tequila. Lots and lots of tequila. We’re talking upwards of 425 varieties, folks. Rocco’s doesn’t mess around.

Visit any of the six Florida locations (West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, and Orlando) or the Brooklyn outpost for wild Cinco de Mayo fun. And cross your fingers: You just may catch Rocco himself donning the white platforms that hang above the bar to do his famous “tequila dance.”
