The Lodge at Sea Island in Georgia is already a pretty magical place: think antebellum oaks, world-class golf, ocean views, and sunsets announced by bagpipe sound.
And now, they’ve got a S’morrier. Yep, you read that right – a S’morrier. Like a sommelier, but better, because he works exclusively with s’mores.
Frank Badger is Sea Island’s (maybe the world’s?!) first s’morrier, and he’ll be crafting specialty s’mores at The Lodge’s fire pit 365 days a year, with flavors changing seasonally.
Right now, Badger is whipping up four mouthwatering varieties: Peaches & Cream, with white chocolate and peach marshmallows; Grasshopper, with dark mint chocolate and vanilla marshmallows; Chocolate Hazelnut, with hazelnut-infused chocolate and a coconut-crusted marshmallows; and Passion, with milk chocolate, chocolate graham crackers, and passionfruit marshmallows.
