No trip to the coast is complete without a great set of sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun, the wind, and rogue sand. The added bonus of sunglasses? A good pair can take your whole look up a notch, whether you’re sporting a bathing suit and flip-flops or are dressed for a dockside dinner.
Luckily, finding a great pair of sunglasses just got a tiny bit easier: One of our favorite brands, KREWE, just opened a store in Savannah, Georgia (one of our favorite coastal escapes), bringing their NOLA-inspired shades to the cobblestone streets of the city’s Historic District. We’ve got to hand it to them: We love the look of this store almost as much as we love KREWE’s sunglasses. If anyone needed an excuse for a quick trip to the Hostess City of the South, this might be it.
This store is simple, with minimal décor that keeps the focus where it should be: on the products.
The exposed brick here lends the space a classic vibe that matches its historic setting, but the minimalist displays and painted hardwood floors give the store some of KREWE’s distinctive modern-meets-traditional style.
This store is small but mighty, and it has everything it needs to make finding the perfect pair of sunglasses fun and easy. Best of all, it echoes KREWE’s philosophy of offering high quality shades in a fresh, iconic way.
KREWE’s Savannah store—which opened October 26—is located at 216 West Broughton Street, in the Historic District. It’s open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
