Would love to be relaxing in the light filled living room on the comfy couch and of course a yummy drink in my hand. I could then check out the balcony area which looked very inviting. …. thinking about the sea breeze…..ahhh Beautiful condo, would love to spend some time at this gem.

The balcony by far looks like the best place in the house to relax and have a drink.

The balcony would be my choice to relax with a good book and soothing drink. There is nothing like the fresh, ocean breeze to get you into the mood to read! I could also rest easy knowing that my kids will be in the teal bunk room slumbering away.

Definitely the kitchen! The smart idea of lightning with painted cabinets and white countertops says beach to me. Cooking at the beach is fun and relaxing to me, as much as reading a book, because it’s the only time I get to really enjoy the fresh seafood!

With “Hidden Figures” in one hand and a frozen strawberry lemonade in the other I would relax in one of the comfy wicker seats on the balcony. This condo has been transformed into the perfect gulf oasis. Hurry up summer!

A cool breeze, just enough to rustle the hairs on my arm. I put down my Ashley Hay novel, and turn to catch the full effect on my face.
Settling back in the wicker chair, I pick up my sparkling Vinho Verde and drink in the view from my balcony.

This Kitchen is the Heart of the Home and the Place to Gather at any Party. It is a time to share Stories, to share LIFE while eating a Meal. I also find Photo #7 inviting, especially due to that crisp, luxurious Bed. Both are a relating Haven!

Not exactly a room, but featured nonetheless, the balcony is my choice! I live for the sound of waves crashing (I can’t even fall asleep without a wave noise app!), so sitting outside on my favorite stretch of state highway anywhere with Present Not Perfect (next up on my book list) and an iced coffee sounds like a little slice of heaven. Pure perfection on 30A!

After tucking the little ones away for sweet dreams in the bunk room, meeting my husband on the balcony with a drink and book is the perfect end to a warm, salty day…watching the light change from sunset to twilight to moonlight, anticipating another fabulous day at Rosemary Beach!

The balcony beckons. I grab a trendy paperback, kick off my flip flops and settle into a cozy chair. Warmed by the sun, lulled by the surf – and a few sips of my signature blue cocktail – it is paradise found.

I would start in the morning on the patio – a cup of tea and definitely; a book, or just taking in the view and the fresh air to the sound of the waves and the sunrise; I would go back for the sunset with a glass of wine, some great apps, some music, and the view; after sunset I’d move into the living room with either music, a good book, or my latest issue of Coastal Living; then I’d finish with a cup of tea in the master bedroom, windows open, reading a good book….hard to pick one spot, so why not enjoy them all?!

Marvelous. 2017 will be a great year for us with a milestone birthday for me and an anniversary. We would love to win, honored to celebrate at this exquisite appointed condo in beauty Rosemary Beach. The last time we were in the area was about 23 years ago in a pop up camper. We love the Florida panhandle, and Florida period coming from South Coastal Florida.

Our perfect day will start with coffee an a beach stroll followed by a bike ride into town to seek out boutiques and shops, grabbing a deli lunch, finding a green market shop local artisan goodies and treats.

Later we will take a ride along the coast.. sight see and to see the changes that have occurred before heading back to find a respected A1A noted restaurant to have local fresh seafood. Hopefully local caught black gulf grouper. Then we will be off to watch the required sunset, take a swim in the warm, crystal clear waters and hope to see the magical yet elusive green flash.

Awe, it is time to head back to the condo and my favorite room, the outdoor screen in porch. With our books in hand a cold beer or red wine its time to relax in Lloyd Sanders cozy deep chairs. We will reminisce, have soft conversation, laugh, and plan our future, what’s next.
All while in the background the sound of lapping of gentle waves roll in and the warm sweet breeze from the gulf of Mexico lull us into silence. Preparing us for the most restful sleep.

    Paradise!

Thank you for your time and considering our post.

I really loved the makeover in all rooms from modern contemporary to bright and beachy! I could see myself sitting in the new updated and redesigned living room, looking out the sliding glass doors. Of course i would be drinking a sweet, fruity mai tai, looking in amazement at the beauty of the condo and contemplating making over my own home just like this one 🙂

The balcony would be our favorite place to unwind with a great bottle of wine while watching the rest of the world go by. We are outdoors people and as soon as weather permits in Northern Mich. we head to our deck. So same would be for us in any condo we go to on vacation.

The balcony…If you are in a warm climate you need to be out doors! Living in New York the warm weather is just too short. Give me a hot coffee and a cozy sweatshirt in the morning, an icy cocktail mid afternoon and then an herbal tea and a good book under a throw blanket to wind down the day. Now that is living!

The kitchen is the heart of the home. In this condo, the kitchen is light and airy and is central to all of the activity inside. It is the perfect place to spread out with a good book or magazine….coastal living of course! The open feeling of this room lends itself to comfort and clears the head of any distractions, thus appealing to the imagination while reading. Food, snacks, and drinks are nearby to nourish the body and soul, giving the kitchen an appeal for relaxation and the lack of structure. The sense of taste seems to be more acute when on vacation and being in the kitchen to relax and nibble embellishes the feeling of getting away from the structure of everyday life.

    The balcony.
I don’t live near the beach.
It is pretty, has a great view, fresh air, the ocean sounds, plants, trees, and brings me back to nature.
It would relax me so much.
