The balcony is the perfect place for reading a good book or the latest edition of Coastal Living. I would love to feel and smell the fresh air. Deep breath..aahhhhh!

I loved all the refurbished rooms in the condo, the one I’d like to plop down in with a drink and a good book or my issue of Coastal Living would be the living room. It’s so beachy and comfy looking plus the grasscloth wall covering just screams relaxation!

For anyone, like me, who is an avid reader, you are always looking for that perfect comfortable spot. The room in the condo I would be most likely to plop down in with a drink and a good book would be the living room. I love tha huge Windows, comfy soft furniture and open space of this beautiful room.

I would sink into the chair in the living room; with a spritzer placed upon the side table, doors open, rereading Pride and Prejudice; which I have been saving for this opportunity. I can feel the breeze, smell the salt air and relax while my family is at the beach.

Absolutely the Tranquility and inter peace to sit on that comfy Balcony. The smell/sound of the ocean, the sun, a book and drink, pure Serenity. My Husband and I would love a getaway. Our Anniversary is coming soon and what a special gift that would be for us.😊

My temporary seaside home “Mejer Loft” is classic, bright, and full of unexpected surprises of color reminiscent of Rosemary Beach herself. The open, airy spaciousness of the great room is my desired place to be, allowing enjoyment of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. Perfect for my little family.

Sea, surf and the crisp palette of the balcony beckons me to lounge, comfortably reaching for my drink, book in lap. However, I suspect from that vantage point, the visual pull of the inside space together with the natural landscape would keep me from ever reading a word!

I have to say the balcony because it has been awhile since I’ve been able to relax on a southern screen porch. If you can hear the ocean from there, then that is a definite bonus! That is my favorite sound. Deep, comfy chairs are perfect for curling up with my latest read. I can’t forget those sea blue accents. My fav color!

My room choice…every room. The balcony for the sea air with the smells and sounds of the ocean, make you think your right on the beach but without the sand. The other rooms are so inviting, bright n airy, with comfy quiet spaces aplenty to read, relax and regroup.

Fresh air and sunrises are my thing! I’d perch myself on the balcony in the early morning with a cup of green tea (and the juice of 1/2 a lemon) and enjoy the sounds and scents of the seaside. Then I’d read something nice in the crisp sunlight. ^_^

The balcony is my HAPPY place, the salty sea smells the sound of waves gently lapplng in a hypnotic rhythm easing all stress away. My chilled chardonnay and the latest suspense beach read, total heaven for me.

I would make the most of the day on the balcony. The sights, sounds and air of the beach only enhances the mystery novel that I am reading. As I raise my glass of merlot sun setting over the dunes.

I would take my favorite beach read and a fruity drink and put my (clean) feet up on the pretty slip-covered sofa in the living room, while my family is readying themselves for dinner out. Ahh, I can see the sun starting to drop down now over the gulf.

With the breathtaking beauty of the blue styling and the fresh breeze off the ocean, I would take a bevy of books and a beverage to the balcony. Being from Alaska, ocean breezes are brisk and bracing, at best. This bucolic Florida abode would be a welcome berth.
