The dreamy guest bedroom is my choice to while away a beach afternoon surrounded by that “minty” color. The only thing it needs is me tucked among those gorgeous, inviting pillows, enveloped by the cozy winged headboard, reading, and probably snoozing. It’s charming, welcoming and perfect.

Love me some Rosemary Beach and love this condo! The pops of color and modern updates bring a new freshness to this coastal retreat. Where to unwind? As much as the inside rooms look like the ultimate in tranquility, the balcony beckons me to come outside…to eat, read, sip something cold, and listen to the surf in the distance. Thank you for making this area as inviting as each of the inside rooms!

I would cuddle up in the living room. I love to look out windows. I grew up in a small town in Utah on a dairy, we didn’t get many vacations. I love going to the beach when I get the chance. It’ clears my head and warms my heart to see such power yet tranquility.

    The Florida sun retreats,
casting the white marble an ethereal glow,

My tanned arm reaches across the quartz, the margarita goes down slow

The distant songs of the sparrows whilst exploring the lush tropical grounds,

A romance novel beneath the pendants as supper awaits,

Paradise and serenity have been found.

I love the “Minty Fresh” guest bedroom, that’s what I named it. Seeing the photograph makes my heart melt and feel at ease. I would chill out in this room, read my healing books, sip my favorite herbal tea of lemon/ginger/rosemary, and breathe into my own world.

I love the overall beachy vibe of this condo and after looking at the pictures the living room is my most favorite. The white cabana like curtains and the bright and colorful pillows would make me feel relaxed and at peace. I couldn’t think of a better way to enjoy a drink and a good book, surrounded by beautiful heart warming designs!

What wonderful spaces you created to live in and enjoy life! I think I would choose the kitchen most to enjoy a cocktail and a good read. Although the kitchen tends to be the hub of most homes, during the daylight hours, it can be calming and inviting. I love to relax over a drink and catch up on reading of any kind; emails, texts, social media, magazines or novels. None are very far from my reach!

Who can resist the beautiful outdoors in Florida? I can just feel myself sitting on that charming porch, feeling the light breeze and hearing the ocean songs. Adore the turquoise deap-seated chairs. It’s my new favorite color! Love the matching tumblers too. The perfect atmosphere, the perfection location!

Personally, I could totally see myself enjoying brunch { in bed } and a mimosa { in hand } while relaxing in the Master Bedroom. Adore the white base, pop of color, & natural sunlight. Nothing says vaca and R&R like this space. LOVE!

‪Sunshine, warm sea breezes and the turquoise colors from the balcony make it an oasis for me to relax and read, with my glass of wine of course! I can vividly picture myself at night becoming one with waves, while curled up in a deep-seated chair by candle light. ‬

Your lovely screened-in-porch is simply fabulous!! I can only imagine lounging on a chair on that porch sipping
an iced tea. We would spend our vacation on this
porch playing cards, eating dinner, and breathing in the salty air. This porch is the perfect spot to unplug.

It looks devine. I would rather chill in the living area or outdoors enjoying nice breeze & the sound of the waves.

I could plop down anywhere in Rosemary Beach and be at home but the gorgeous bunk room looks nice and cozy!

I would hide out in the bunk room – the last place my family would look for the momma! 😬
Seriously love the walls, gold accents and turquoise blues. Who says bunk rooms are just for kids?

There’s not a room in the condo that isn’t inviting and beautiful but definitely the balcony….that way I’d be multi-tasking: getting fresh air, vitamin D, relaxing with a superb wine, and adventuring inside a good book! Just sayin’.

I would definitely be having a drink and relaxing on that amazing porch! One of the best parts of vacation is having a drink and reading a good book and that porch is the perfect place !

I would most definitely have a cocktail on the patio taking in the gulf coast breeze and fresh air. Relaxing appreciating all of the 30A beauty!

The balcony for sure as I just broke both feet and need the vitamin D, relaxation, and salt breezes! Of coarse a cocktail and my best friend with me would make this complete!(:

I’m loving every little space of this condo, it’s so fresh & breezy! And I would totally see myself on that balcony reading to the sound of the waves.

Hmmm, difficult decision as the whole space speaks peace, rest and relaxation! I love the coastal cool vibe of the white slip covers and the pastel pops of color in the living area. But oh that turquoise on the patio! Loving the outdoors and the beach as much as I do, that would be the place for that good book you mentioned Along with a cup of my favorite brew and a well deserved nap.

Working at a boarding school, we welcome my husband’s home-cooked meals he creates on holidays. Our family sits in the kitchen talking or playing games as he cooks. Knowing there is that cozy and breath taking balcony to continue after dinner, has me torn which room I would choose.

    What a great renovation
    For rest and relaxation.
    Which room would I plop?
    All of them…I think not…
The balcony with its breezes is the one for me.
Enjoying the view, the smells and a cocktail or two
Would be truly a dream come true!
    Coastal Living condo

I would relax with a book on the deck. There is nothing like hearing and seeing the sounds of nature while you lounge with a great read, blanket, and a good drink.

I would head to the beautiful outdoor balcony with a good book and a refreshing drink of my favorite raspberry lemonade for my lazy afternoon at this beautiful beach home. I love being outdoors with nature, and the lovely touches of turquoise would be sure to sooth me.
