Our latest cocktail of the month is reminiscent of a fiery sunset, and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the spring-to-summer season and our 20th anniversary, which we’re ringing with our new May issue. How to Make our May Cocktail of the Month:
Place ¼ cup (2 oz.) gold rum, 1 Tbsp. (½ oz.) mango liqueur, and ½ tsp. grenadine in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Cover with lid, and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute. Pour ½ cup Champagne or your favorite sparkling wine over a spoon (so colors do not mix) into flute. Garnish with a mango slice. Serves 1.
