What’s better than cooling off with an ice-cold Arnold Palmer? When said sipper is spiked with bourbon and peach liqueur—and garnished with fresh mint! This perfect-for-summer cocktail has everything you need for a breezy day at the beach, except a name! Enter your best name idea for bragging rights and a chance to win our new book, Beach Cocktails. How to Enter (See full contest rules here.):

  1. Enter anytime from May 12 until May 31, 2017.
  2. Suggest a fun, creative, and evocative name for the recipe. Explain the name in a sentence or two in the comments below (50 words or less).
  3. The winning recipe name (and your name, if you wish) will be printed in an upcoming issue of Coastal Living, and the winner will receive a copy of Beach Cocktails!

How to Make Our Cocktail of the Month

In a measuring cup or mixing glass, combine 4 oz. iced tea (such as Lipton Unsweetened), 4 oz. lemon-ade, 2 oz. (4 Tbsp.) bourbon, and 1½ oz. (3 Tbsp.) peach liqueur, and stir to blend. Pour into a tall Collins glass filled with ice, 2 peach slices, and 2 lemon slices. Serve immediately, garnished with a lemon slice and a mint sprig. Serves 1.
