Going camping this weekend and meeting several other families. I have been looking for a nice serving tray to offer my homemade dishes to our friends. I am making jumbo lump MD crab dip in a Le Brea bread bowl, fruit, brie cheese, buttered crackers, wine & shrimp salad on a baguette. I love the beach and would love to have this to share my delicious dishes with my beach camping neighbors 🙂

When we travel to the beach I love to pick up local cooked shrimp and make a cool salad to serve with crackers, assorted cheeses and icy cold grapes to help stay hydrated. Assorted beverages and some delicious cookies to finish. This cutting board is stunning and I would be delighted to use it and show it off.

I have a Mediterranean palate that can never be quenched. I love to take pieces of raw fish 🐟 nestle them on a festive tray and top with a concoction of capers, red onion, chopped Spanish, kalamata olives, celery and parsley – plus the zest of a fermented lemon in oo and sea salt… Eat with hands. Refreshing and healthy!

We keep it simple at the shore: cheese, crackers, pepperoni and usually watermelon; great for adults and kids! We never forget the cold Coronas and cocktails for the adults, though!

I live in Florida and serve a lot of local shrimp and other seafood and this tray would be great to serve my seafood on and it would also go with my beach décor.

Down here in South Louisiana, we enjoy fresh shrimp, oysters, and crab. Any dish with these ingredients are a sure hit, especially when people can just grab, walk, and talk! Boiled shrimp on ice, oysters on the half-shell, or just crab dip with fresh French Bread, food is always at the heart of our get togethers. What better way to serve great food, this board would set the scene perfectly!

Simple and classic: ice cold watermelon, cantaloupe, and grapes. Good bread, cold cuts and a sliced ugly ripe tomato with salt and pepper. Nothing else needed but some good beer and sunglasses. And maybe a Brittany Spanial.

I like to serve something salty and a little sweet, so I tend to serve some trail mix with the salty and sweet flavors and then a dish of a spicy mix. That seems to satisfy the palate with the spectrum of beverages. Of course for my wine lovers, nothing beats fruit and cheeses!

With three little ones, we like to keep things rather simple. Frozen grapes, caprese bites, and an assortment of nuts with craisins. Ice cold lemonade to top it off.

A nice crab salad made from the Blue Crabs we catch up here along the Connecticut shore. I like to serve it with saltines or the mini slices of rye/pumpernickel bread! YUM!

Simple yet sophisticated beachside snacking means that even the host can enjoy some down time. Cover your serving piece with large shavings of sharp provolone or parmesan cheese; generously douse with fresh honey and serve with a sliced crusty baguette. Fresh fruit and prosciutto on the side almost makes dinner seem unnecessary! Perfect with a chilled white or red wine.

A floor plan is a scaled diagram of the arrangement of rooms in one story of a building.
While we don’t visit your home to make the measurements we are able to take a rough sketch provided by you and recreate your floor plan in AutoCAD.
If you would like for us to conceptualize a space we are able to take the exterior wall dimensions and create living spaces to your specifications. Have a 1000 square foot residence and want a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen and living area? We can create a series of options for you to understand the use of that space. This is also a popular service for commercial applications for tenant improvement possibilities.
We have done many large scale conceptual layouts for proposed Hotels, Apartment buildings, Elderly care facilities and much more.
